6 pm –  Family Service with Christmas Pageant

pageant picOur early Christmas Eve family service will once again include the use of Brendan’s wonderful giant puppets – and there’s an option for the congregation to come in costume.  Were you denied the chance to be Mary when you were a child “because so-and-so was always Mary?” Have you always wanted to be a shepherd because they rarely showered and you hate taking a bath? Well, this is the pageant for you. Everyone who attends this service – young and old alike – is invited to dress up as their favorite nativity character – a wise person, a shepherd, an angel, Mary or Joseph.  Yes, you can even be an animal!!

This service is for people of all ages.

10 pm –  Traditional Service of Lessons and Carols

The Rev. Dr. Dale Azevedo will lead and preach at this traditional service of readings and carols.  The readings will lead us through the Biblical story of our separation from God and into our promised reconciliation with God through the birth of Jesus.  Music is provided through congregational singing of many of our favorite carols along with special selections from our adult choir and instrumentalists.  All music is accompanied by Mrs. Marina Zabinski.  Everyone is welcome.
